Do you know many Universities in Australia require the language, literacy and numeracy skills testas part of the admission process?
What exactly the LLN is?
LLN stands for language, literacy and numeracy skills. It is a test to evaluate people ability to understand and interpretate daily situations, including work-related tasks. It believes that different training processes and live experiences significantly impact on an individual ability to read, write, speak and make calculations for everyday life. Thus, Australian Universities are not enquiring applicants to take this exam as part of the enrolment process for both – Domestic and International Students.
- The exam might be challenging for many students as they must complete the questionnaire without any help or reference material. Researches have shown that at least 44% of Australians are ‘below-proficient’ in literacy. Thus, students now find few preparation exams available online to practice and get used to the questions.
